After trauma survivors often feel not themselves, out-of-sorts, and disconnected. Tapping into ways to ground yourself when anxious, triggered, uncomfortable or scared can be life changing. I use yoga, when clients are open to it, as an adjunct to the therapeutic work we do in session. I completed the Yoga to Transform Trauma training in 2015 and am certified to lead Circle of Hope yoga classes for survivors of trauma. Contact me for more information.
